根据塑件的几何结构特点

根据塑件的几何结构特点、尺寸精度要求、批量大小、模具制造难易、模具成本等确定型腔数量及其排列方式。对于注射模来说,塑料制件精度为3级和3a级,重量为5克,采用硬化浇注系统,型腔数取4-6个;塑料制件为一般精度(4-5级),成型材料为局部结晶材料,型腔数可取16-20个;塑料制件重量为12-16克,型腔数取8-12个;而重量为50-100克扭王块模具 高铁遮板模具  保定室内设计培训 保定平面设计培训的塑料制件,型腔数取4-8个。
According to the geometric structure characteristics of plastic parts, dimensional accuracy requirements, batch size, difficult to manufacture and cost of the mould, the number of cavity and its arrangement are determined. For injection moulds, the precision of plastic parts is grade 3 and 3a, the weight is 5g, using hardening casting system, the number of cavity is 4-6; plastic parts are general precision (grade 4-5), forming materials are local crystalline materials, the number of cavity can be 16-20; plastic parts weigh 12-16g, the number of cavity is 8-12; and plastic parts weigh 50-100g, the number of cavity is 4-8.
对于无定型的塑料制件建议型腔数为24-48个,16-32个和6-10个。当再继续增加塑料制件重量时,就很少采用多腔模具。7-9级精度的塑料制件,最多型腔数较之指出的4-5级精度的塑料增多至50%。
For amorphous plastic parts, the recommended number of cavity is 24-48, 16-32 and 6-10. When the weight of plastic parts continues to increase, multi-cavity dies are seldom used. For plastic parts with grade 7-9 accuracy, the maximum number of cavities is 50% higher than that of plastics with grade 4-5 accuracy.
②确定分型面。分型面的位置要有利于模具加工,排气、脱模及成型操作,塑料制件的表面质量等。
(2) Determine the parting surface. The position of parting surface should be beneficial to die processing, exhaust, demoulding and shaping operation, surface quality of plastic parts, etc.
③确定浇注系统(主浇道、分浇道及浇口的形状、位置、大小)和排气系统(排气的方法、排气槽位置、大小)。
(3) Determine the gating system (shape, position and size of main runner, sub-runner and gate) and exhaust system (exhaust method, location and size of exhaust slot).
④选择顶出方式(顶杆、顶管、推板、组合式顶出),决定侧凹处理方法、抽芯方式。
(4) Choose the ejection method (jacking rod, pipe jacking, pushing plate, combined ejection), determine the side concave treatment method and core pulling method.
⑤决定冷却、加热方式及加热冷却沟槽的形状、位置、加热元件的安装部位。
_Determine the cooling and heating mode, the shape and position of the cooling groove and the installation position of the heating element.
⑥根据模具材料、强度计算或者经验数据,确定模具零件厚度及外形尺寸,外形结构及所有连接、定位、导向件位置。
_According to the die material, strength calculation or empirical data, determine the thickness and shape size of the die parts, the shape structure and the position of all joints, positioning and guide parts.
⑦确定主要成型零件,结构件的结构形式。
_Determine the structural form of the main forming parts and structural parts.
⑧考虑模具各部分的强度,计算成型零件工作尺寸。
_Considering the strength of each part of the die, the working dimensions of the forming parts are calculated.
⑨绘制模具图要求按照国家制图标准绘制,但是也要求结合本厂标准和国家未规定的工厂习惯方法。
_Drawing mould drawings requires drawing according to the National Drawing standards, but also requires combining the factory standards and the customary methods of factories not stipulated by the state.
